Daily automated backups export ATF-formatted records and store them securely with immutable retention. Exports are audit-ready and retrievable by admins.
Can multiple staff use the system simultaneously?
Yes. Role-based access (Admin vs Staff) supports concurrent users, with activity logs and restricted permissions for sensitive actions.
What payment processors are supported?
FFLAssist integrates with common payment gateways used for retail and gun show sales. We also support card reader workflows in kiosk mode; contact us for a checklist of certified processors.
Does it work at gun shows or offline?
Yes. Use kiosk/tablet mode with Wi-Fi at events; the system supports offline capture and syncs when a connection is restored (confirm feature availability per plan).
