In this modern technological era, you will inevitably encounter an issue with an appliance or software and need to contact the vendor’s Customer Service department to get the issue resolved quickly and painlessly. How many times have you gotten frustrated reaching out to Customer Service because you simply want your issue resolved so you can go about your day?   • “Support” is built right into FFLAssist. You will not create a support ticket in some external ticketing system. If you have an issue within the application, you can create a Support Ticket, referencing the issue directly from your data.
  • Every Support Ticket contains the phone number and email address of the FFLAssist teammate who has been assigned to your account.
  • Every FFLAssist teammate is located in the continental U.S., so English is our native language. And no, we do not offer translation services.
  • The status of each Support Ticket is available for you, as the business owner, to monitor easily.
  • You are informed of the Status of your ticket as it is being worked on. This Status also includes if your FFLAssist teammate requires additional information from you.
  • If you encounter an error message anywhere in the FFLAssist application, you can grab a screenshot of the error message and attach it to your support ticket. This allows your FFLAssist teammate to resolve your issue even more quickly because they will see what you see.
  • If the FFLAssist support team needs direct access to your records to resolve issues, we connect remotely to your database until the issue is resolved. You authorize the remote connection, and the Team cannot connect unless and until you do. This ensures ATF compliance that the FFLAssist Support team does not have indiscriminate access to your data. This remote connection will commandeer your screen, so you see everything we are doing to resolve the issue.

Make no mistake, FFLAssist is not your basic run-of-the-mill smartphone app. It is extremely robust, about 20x more robust than the next major competitor, with the most feature-rich functionality of any other compliance application out there.
